Concrete Footing & Wiring Notice
- If you prefer to use your own contractor for concrete footing or wiring, you must notify us during the site inspection. This ensures proper coordination and helps avoid delays in the installation process.
- Failure to notify us at the time of inspection may result in additional charges or scheduling conflicts.
Liability & Coordination with Third-Party Contractors
- Any third-party contractors engaged by you must adhere to all specifications, plans, and guidelines provided by us.
- We accept no responsibility for delays, defects, or issues caused by the actions or omissions of third-party contractors.
- If your contractor’s work does not meet the required standards, additional costs may apply for corrections or adjustments necessary to complete the installation.
- Delays caused by third-party contractors may impact the overall project timeline. We will not be liable for any such impacts.
Material Availability Notice
- If materials required for your project are unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you within 7 days of the site inspection. In such cases, we will work with you to determine one of the following options:
- Alternative Materials – We may recommend similar materials as a replacement, subject to your approval. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
- Revised Timeline – If you wish to wait for the original materials to become available, we will provide an updated delivery and installation schedule.
- Cancellation Option – If neither alternative is acceptable, you may cancel the affected portion of the project and receive a full refund for any unavailable materials.
- We will make every effort to minimize disruptions and find a suitable solution.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the job within 7 days of accepting the quote, only 20% of the deposit will be refunded to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- Cancellations after 7 days are strictly non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained in full. This reflects the commitment of resources and scheduling made on your behalf.
Changes & Additional Site Visits
- By signing this Site Information Collection Form, you confirm that all job details are accurate and final. No changes will be made after signing unless agreed in writing.
- If you need to modify any job details within 7 days of the site inspection, please contact the site inspector directly.
- Any requests for site visits or changes after 7 days will incur an additional charge of $50 + GST per visit.
